CM Yogi Adityanath performs 'Kanya Pujan' on 9th day Of Navratri in Gorakhpur

  • He worshipped nine girls, washed their feet, offered food, gifts, and adorned them with red scarves
  • Adityanath performed the Batuk Puja ritual, personally served food, and blessed the children

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath observed the traditional 'Kanya Pujan' ritual at Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur on the ninth day of the Shardiya Navratri, April 16th. In adherence to the Gorakshpeeth tradition, Yogi Adityanath washed the feet of nine girls, offered them food, gifts, and adorned them with red scarves as part of the ceremony.

He personally served food to the girls and extended blessings to them, followed by the performance of the Batuk Puja ritual.
