CBI team visits Sandeshkhali to investigate crimes against women, land-grabbing

Following a Calcutta High Court order for a CBI investigation into alleged crimes against women and land-grabbing in Sandeshkhali, a 10-member CBI team visited the area in West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district on Saturday. Divided into two groups, the CBI team conversed with victims in the Sundarikhali area, documenting their allegations, while also engaging with local police at Sandeshkhali Police Station to gather information for the investigation.
